This home needed a serious glow-up! The kitchen was stuck at the front—narrow, dark, and just not the heart of the home it should be. So, we gave it a new life at the back, opening it up to the garden for a bright, airy space where cooking comes with a side of sunshine and a view.

And because every superhero (aka busy single mum) deserves a hideaway, the loft became her personal retreat—hello, dreamy master bedroom and spa-like en-suite! A little sanctuary where she can escape, recharge, and enjoy five minutes of peace… before the next adventure begins. ✨

This house started off as what I like to call granny style—a bit outdated and definitely not built for a lively family of five (especially with a set of energetic twins in the mix!). It needed a serious refresh to keep up with their busy lifestyle.

First up, we moved the kitchen from the front to the back, transforming the old kitchen space into a much-needed playroom/snug. The garage? That became a brand-new master bedroom with an en-suite—finally giving the parents a peaceful retreat of their own! We also extended the rear to create a beautiful open-plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for family time. And because no one wants to relax while staring at kitchen chaos, we tucked the living area away behind a sleek media wall, keeping things cozy and clutter-free.

Now, this home is stylish, functional, and totally in sync with family life—because a busy household should still feel like a sanctuary! ✨

Goodbye, freezing in winter and boiling in summer conservatory—hello to a brand-new, well-thought-out home! This house needed a full rethink, and that’s exactly what we did.

A two-story side extension gave this family the practical spaces they were missing: a much-needed utility/boot room (because muddy shoes happen!) and a downstairs loo. Upstairs, we added a brand-new bedroom and shower room, turning this three-bed, one-bath house into a four-bed, two-bath home. Because let’s be honest—when young boys turn into teenagers, sharing a room just doesn’t cut it anymore. Having their own space? That’s a primal need!

And that old conservatory? Gone! We replaced it with a stylish single-storey rear extension, creating a bright and open kitchen, dining, and living space where the whole family can come together—without freezing or melting in the process! 🔥❄️✨
